The National Children’s Choir 2023 took place in St Canice’s Cathedral on 20th April. KSP children from fifth & sixth class worked very hard all year in preparation for this performance. Alongside pupils from other schools in the county (and beyond) they prepared 15 songs in 6 different languages, some in three part harmony! It was a most enjoyable and memorable night. Well done to them all !
The National Children’s Choir concert took place in the National Concert Hall in Dublin on Monday 29th May. The choir was made up of children from all over the country including a small number of our pupils who did us proud on the night. Well done !
A special thank you to our two teachers Ms Nicholson & Ms Cotter who taught the children the repertoire and to Mary who also took on the role of area co-ordinator for the NCC.
